Welcome to Lazy Oaks - sister resort to Lake of the Woods.

In the heart of the White Mountains, this cabin resort is located about 1 mile off Route 260 in Lakeside, just 1.5 miles from Lake of the Woods.

When looking for an Arizona vacation, our cabin rentals offer a unique year-round experience for our visitors. Whether you are looking to escape the desert heat during the summer, enjoy the fall colors of the White Mountains, ski Arizona’s largest ski area, or experience some of the best fishing Arizona has to offer, Lazy Oaks is a cabin resort which can feel like a home away from home.

With 15 cabins that accommodate 2-10 guests, this secluded resort is truly a resort for the whole family on Rainbow Lake. Our cabins all contain fireplaces and kitchens. There are large grass areas featuring fire pits for evening camp fires. We also offer motor boats for enjoying the beautiful 80-acre Rainbow Lake. A state fishing license is required for those guests over 14. (We are looking into being able to sell licenses on property.) Rainbow Lake offers great Bass fishing, as well as Trout and Northern Pike!

If your Arizona vacation doesn't include these activities, there are still many other options to choose from. Nearby is horseback riding (seasonal), hiking, golfing, biking, off-roading, nature trails, go-carting and miniature golfing (seasonal), to name a few. If just sitting back and relaxing is your idea of the perfect vacation, our property provides cabins off the main highway and awesome views of the lake.
